Returning Member. How do I reactivate my membership?

Returning to SFCQ2 is a straight forward process. In order to ensure we have the correct details for you, we'd still require you to re-enlist, particularly to ensure we have all the correct data under up to date regulations.

Returning members are typically issued a new SC number upon confirmation, however if you'd prefer to use your former SC number and you have retained that information in your records or from old membership cards, you can reach out to any member of the ADMB or selected Fleet Support staff to have your original information retained and processed within our records & fleet database. Members returing within six months may automatically retain their previous SC number & status.

Please be aware that returning members typically re-start their membership with a refreshed rank and status. On occasion members can return to their former status, or find a middle ground depending on various factors. The final decision is at the dissection of the Director of Operations.

Any questions ahead of rejoining can be directed to Membership Services.

How to I close my membership?

Membership of Starfleet Command is For Life, and with that membership being free, we think that’s a fair bargain! However we understand that people and their interests can change over time and that while we welcome all, sometimes things just don’t gel.

As such any member may deactivate their membership at any time. The easiest way to do this is by making a cancellation request via the Membership Hub directly by completing the appropriate deactivation form. You can also make the request by email. Once this request is received, it will be confirmed via your registered email address with further information ahead of your site access and membership details being removed from all SFCQ2 holdings. Upon exit you may be asked to complete a survey. This is not mandatory upon reciept.

Please Note: As members can choose how to shape their membership; Stopping attending meet ups, leaving a Facebook group or even unsubscribing from the Comms mailing list won’t trigger a closure. This may sound like an obvious statement, but in order to close your membership, SFCHQ needs to be informed.
