Returning once again to Dundee, the crew of the USS Tesla are all set for their next away mission thanks to Acme Comic Con! Having been part of several Acme events since the events brand launched, Tesla took part in their first Dundee event last year and are set to make a return this June!
Today the crew of the Tesla are having a quiet catch up to start their year as planning is underway for more events to attend in 2024. However their next Away Mission is a little bit more public as the team are kicking off the event year at another of Scotland's most popular events: Capital Sci Fi!
The crew of the USS Tesla are back in action as Captain Stevenson is set to beam down with the crew for an Away Mission to Acme Comic Con in Glasgow's iconic SEC.
With the summer upon us, it's time for one of the busiest con seaons of the year - and SFCQ2 members across the fleet are ready to zip up their pocketless uniforms and fly the Starfleet flag! Following their appearance at Glenrothes comic Con last year, the crew of the USS Tesla were back in action at this years new event led by BGCP and Fife-based comic book artist Gary Erskine! The team were in action to talk Trek, show off a selection or classic collectables and replica's and, to anyone lucky enough to ask, talk about their current project which is set to debut when complete later this year! Attention all hands! Earlier this year, Scotlands strong history within Quadrant 2 was revived with the launch of the USS Tesla. After a successful shakedown cruise, myself and the Admiralty Board are proud to confirm the USS Tesla as a fully active unit well on her way towards her mission! In recognition of his sterling work in bringing the group together and leading the unit, CO Fraser Stevenson is promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Commander with immediate efffect. The Tesla crew were also awarded with a joint commendation for their work to, establish the unit, and in particular for representing the fleet at Glenrothes Comic Con 2018.
