SCC 2018 Panel Highlights & more including a new Number One!

In their first public event together in the lead up to Discovery's second season, the cast and crew of Discovery took to the stage in the infamous Hall H at SDCC for an hour long panel on the upcoming season! Star Trek Discovery Season 2 Trailer

As we'd all hoped and expected, last nights SDCC panel closed with a fresh look at Discovery season 2, giving us the first peek at how the show is shaping up after the behind the scenes teaser released earlier this year. New Look Saurians and more for Discovery Season 2!

Right now production for Discovery's second season is in full swing and much like the debut season, everything is being kept more secret that Garak's big box of secrets. But once again EW has been able to give us a glimpse into the work ongoing in a new feature in their latest issue. Much like last years sneak peek, very little has been revealed. Their lead in image (above)) shows Commander Burnham on board the Enterprise. The image is labelled as being taken on the bridge and matches the reddish paintwork we saw from the preview trailer posted soon after production began. Discovery & Sonequa Martin-Green Take Home Saturn Awards!

The 44th annual Saturn Awards were presented this week with Discovery entering with five nominations and leaving with two big wins! Discovery has brought a lot of success for CBS's new All Access Service with subscriptions rising and the show coming out on top of streaming viewership projections throughout (and in the weeks after!) the shows run. Matching the success of the show, The Saturn Awards gave a nod of recognition with Discovery winning the award for Best New Media Television series. After a dramatic and exciting season, Discovery's first season is finally coming to a close. The season finale, "Will You Take My Hand", is available on Netflix in the UK and internationally now! Discovery: How & Where to Watch, Release Times & Opening Theme (video)

After a long wait, Star Trek Discovery is finally here! Those of us at SFC Q2 Headquarters are thrilled to be able to sit back and watch the first new Star Trek show in over a decade and are excited to witness the new era begin tomorrow! When & Where to Watch While US viewers can watch through CBS All Access, within the UK & Europe, Discovery will be available through Netflix.
